• Inspect clothing in bright daylight to look for spots before consigning
• Place jewelry in resealable plastic bags with your name on each piece
• Freshly laundered / ironed / dry cleaned clothes on disposable hangers are ideal; disposable hangers are appreciated and hangers can be given back upon request
• Watches must have working batteries
• Items with stains, holes, rips, missing buttons, and broken zippers aren’t sellable
• Designer brand purses – no fakes or copies – consignors are responsible for authenticity
• Plastic bags of clothing automatically go to the donation pile due to excessive wrinkling
